  An amazingly wonderful, successful experience. I and my daughter, in from out-of-town, lucked out when we talked into Palace Oriental Rug of Wilton. The experience, from the get-go, was extraordinary. The owner and his wife are remarkable people. With Kamran's, (the owner,) knowledge, taste, patience and experience, I found a remarkably beautiful rug for my living room. I had originally been looking for something quite different than what I ended up with, but the owner patiently honored my request to view all the "wrong rugs" for my room. I finally decided to listen to Kamran's suggestions and within a short period of time found "the one." I am thrilled and can tell you in all honesty, that you will find no better or more pleasant a place to purchase an oriental rug than at Palace." It was not only successful.....but a true example of what constitutes real customer service. Look no further.
